We do Have PSO Job Requirements
We consider our PSO Job Requirements to be pretty standard in the industry and extremely important to be successful. Being a Phone Sex Operator is not an “easy” job. It takes a lot of hard work. While we do not require trolling, blogging, or any other type of promotion on your part… it still takes a lot of skill to succeed!
- You must be a female and a United States citizen, we do not hire outside of the US.
- You must be 21 years or older to apply for a position with us. We do not hire in California or Oklahoma.
- You must be a great conversationalist and have a positive attitude.
- You will need to send us a photo of you HOLDING your driver’s license and social security card to verify your identity.
- You must have a checking account to be paid by direct deposits in your own name. You cannot be paid under someone else’s name. We cannot pay you on a refillable debit card. We do not send checks.
- You need to have a telephone line specifically for accepting telephone calls. This can be a cell phone as long as the sound quality is excellent.
- You must have a home internet connection and have average or above skills with a computer.
- You must be willing to work a minimum of 30-40+ hours or more. The more hours you can work the more money you are going to make.
- You must work a minimum of 5-8 hours per day, and a one-weekend shift on either a Saturday or Sunday.
- You must be able to work and stick to a schedule that you choose on a long-term basis. We do not babysit your schedule. If you want money then you will log on as much as possible. If you take time off every week then callers will see you as “unreliable” and will stop calling you.
- You must like people; specifically men. You need to know how to talk and take the lead of a call as well as think fast.
- You need a good and flexible personality with the ability to talk to any other type of personality.
- You must be able to use a chat program to IM us and use it during your shifts. This is only needed to communicate with the owner, not the clients.
- You must be organized and take notes on all calls. This is a requirement and to your own benefit.
- You must be hardworking, devoted, and interested in a team environment.
- You must be willing to do all no taboo calls including extreme fantasies.
- You must hold our clients with respect and treat them well.
- You must be able to answer calls as they come in without fail. Missing calls is not acceptable.
- You must have a good healthy attitude toward policies and rules designed to help you make money.
The most common reason we reject applications is that they do not meet our requirements. Please read them carefully before you apply.
We absolutely do not hire just anyone. But that doesn’t mean you have to have experience. What we look for is intelligence, ethics, honesty, a great voice, creativity, and dedication. We are not claiming to be the best company out there to work for! We expect you to review the website and really get a feel for who we are. We only hire women who seem to fit with us. Sometimes operators feel that they are interviewing me instead of the other way around. If you feel you have many choices and options that is absolutely great for you. But we are selective. I don’t hire everyone I speak to and an interview is not an automatic job. I interview weekly and I look for the right woman.
