Phone Sex Work is a Real Job

I don’t know what get’s into the minds of some of my applicants. They want a good company they can trust and who will pay them on time. I understand this. As an owner, I seek to hire loyal, honest, and talented women to work for me. I offer bonuses, there is the potential to make lots of money, and even room to grow within the company into other positions.

Phone Sex work is not a cakewalk. You cannot just moan and say oh baby and make great money. It’s not for every woman who wants to do it. You need a certain skill set. But I digress because that is really a whole different topic that I should blog about another day. Today I am explaining that when I interview you – it’s for a real job. It’s also a real application and a real interview too.

Now I want to give you a bad example of something that no phone sex company wants to deal with. Liars. It’s funny to me that some women try to interview ME and question just how good my company is but they will lie on the application and in the interview. I had two women in the last year blatantly do this and naturally caught them in 2 minutes. One of those interviews was today.

She said she was 25 years old, lived alone, and had no kids. Ok. She wrote well on the application so I contacted her for an interview. We talked, I liked her, and I offered her a position. I promised to send the contract in a few minutes. We disconnected on the phone. I pulled up my handy dandy research tool and plunked her name into it.  She lied. She has a live-in baby daddy and obviously a baby.

I prefer not to hire women with young children, it just doesn’t mix well. Small children get sick, have emergencies, and many needs to address. I am not against working moms at all!  I just feel that a child under 12 isn’t very compatible to have and to try and work in the phone sex industry. It’s tough to juggle. No matter how well you think you can handle it – shit happens with kids beyond your control. It means more call-offs and that they are constantly trying to figure out a good schedule they can work. It almost never works out unless their child is 12 or older. And it’s not that I am complaining, but I am pointing out that you can’t make money when you are calling off with a sick child, abandoning the shift because of a nightmare, having to take them to the doctor, attending school meetings, and so on.

I had to respond to this potential operator and ask her why she didn’t tell me she is a mom. But in all reality, she LIED. She denied it to get a job. She didn’t want to tell me intentionally to cheat the policies of my business. It’s a cunt move. Sorry to be so blunt but it’s true. How can you justify wanting to work for an honest company when you are lying to get the job?

So just a note to operators reviewing my website. Or even PSO’s who are job seeking for any company. An owner has access to the internet to look up details on you. We can find out if you have a criminal record and can check on your stories. I always do. Everything about you is available online typically. I can check your phone number carrier, I can even look up your home address and view your entire street. This information is all available already online and it takes 2 minutes to find it.

Phone Sex Work is really for intelligent women. So if you are intelligent then don’t lie on any job application or in any job interview. Lies always have a way of coming to the surface. I won’t hire you if you lie to me. I will terminate you if you lie to me. It’s just not necessary to do it.  It’s true that had I known from the application that she had a small child I would not have even bothered to interview her. This is obviously why she lied. But what did it matter as I caught her anyway?
