Hiring Admin Assistant for Phone Sex Company
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a very part-time position for approximately 5-10 hours per week to start. This will be an hourly paid position. We prefer someone not already associated with the company who has management skills. This position may later turn into more hours and eventually become a part-time Manager Position for the right person.
Anyone (male or female) already experienced in the following should apply.
- At least basic Management skills.
- Knowledge of marketing, promotion, and general business information. We are not seeking someone who needs to be taught advertising skills.
- The ability to write articles, blog posts, and ads. We are not seeking someone who needs to be taught writing skills.
- A STRONG ability to use the internet, to know how to sign up at multiple websites, use social media, learn quickly, and to have solid computer skills. We are not seeking someone who needs to be taught.
- The ability to work independently, track your own work, juggle multiple tasks, be extremely detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
- You must be loyal and trustworthy and work as a team player.
- Be creative, inventive, flexible, and a problem solver.
- Must have customer service, administrative, or retail experience.
- Willing to learn or previously used databases, software, some basic graphic design, and be good at brainstorming new ideas with the owner. We are not seeking someone who needs to be taught these skills. You will be taught how to use our programs/websites/databases/phones
- You must have previous experience in the adult industry to know the terminology and have extensive knowledge of fetishes. Previous experience in Camming or PSO work is a plus.
- You must be a quick learner and able to digest a lot of information.
- Must be able to provide a job history and 3 references.
- You must be a US Resident over the age of 25.
